They installed our system in 2021 and have provided amazing service on it since then! Very responsive, quick to help you with issues and the techs are amazing! We love Carter and Sons!

Carter and Sons installed a new Carrier heat pump system for me two years ago. Unfortunately, it has never worked correctly due to slow refrigerant leaks. C&S came back repeatedly until they were finally able to trace the leak to a faulty component of the system itself. They were able to obtain a replacement part from Carrier and got it installed last week. I am very glad I went with C&S because they stand by their work and don't give up easily. I never paid anything except the original install cost.

Carter & Sons is phenomenal! We had an issue arise over the weekend and they were able to come out almost within 24 hours of us calling and making the appointment. Adam was our tech. He explained the issue, what he did to fix it and ensured everything was in proper order before he left. We have older units we’re trying to lengthen the life of, but we will be using Carter & Sons when we’re ready to replace them. Could not recommend them enough!

Quick, professional, and friendly service. I was happy with the service on my thermostat and HVAC unit.

When I was looking for an HVAC contractor to fix my broken air conditioner, I called several companies, including the big guys. It takes five minutes to get past the big guys phone menu to figure out whether you want plumbing, electrical, or HVAC. I chose this company because they are family owned and operated. In fact, on my first call, I spoke to a family member, who is had of the service department. They ended up responding within two hours of my call, and Zac the service tech was pleasant and knowledgeable. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommend this company. I love supporting small local family owned businesses.

Adam Compton came out to do a maintenance/servicing visit. He was really nice & helped me to understand what was going on. 10/10 recommend! 🙂

I was having an issue with my heat pump that Carter and Sons had installed a few months back (also a great and seamless experience). Adam was able to come out within an hour of me calling to identify the issue and get the system back up running in no time. I cannot speak more highly of their customer service and highly recommend for any HVAC needs!

I called Carter and Sons in the morning to come out and look at my system in our dog kennel. They had Garrett come out the same afternoon! He fixed our system and we didn't have to go a long time with a broken system! Very professional and timely.

These guys haven’t failed me yet! I’ve used Carter & Sons twice now (once for a maintenance check and then to replace a cracked condenser fan blade). Response time and customer service is great and they won’t try to sell you things you don’t need. The tech that provided my service both times (John) is knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended!

In the middle of a heat wave, they got here a day earlier than promised. The technician, John, was fast, efficient, thorough, and didn't over charge me for the work. Very pleased with the service from start to finish!

These guys are the best! They are are always so helpful, friendly and polite. They installed new HVAC for us and do our maintenance too. When Zac came to do our tune up, he even found a hack for our noisy vent covers! Fantastic.Update - 2 years later, we are still SO happy with Carter & Sons. The techs are always great. Very happy to recommend.

Awesome service! I moved into a new townhouse and the thermostat to the upstairs AC would not come on. The owner himself came out on a Saturday and found the issue immediately. I was so impressed that I signed up for their annual maintenance and the tech (Ryan) that came out today was very thorough and got my 2 systems working on optimal condition. If you need any type of HVAC service, look no further, this is the only company you should contact.

I’ve been with Carter and sons for years. We’ve done replacement and maintenance. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly!

Carter and Sons installed a new Carrier system a few years ago. They did a great job at a very competitive price. They have serviced it twice a year since then. This visit was for a preseason tune-up. The tech arrived on time did their work efficiently, explained the bill, took my payment and left. So far, everything is working well. We appreciate their good work.
