We aim to ensure that your heating and cooling systems are prepared to tackle Georgia’s unpredictable weather and are tailored and ready for the upcoming season.

The Family Plan includes all the regular biannual maintenance tasks recommended by manufacturers. This covers standard 1” filter changes*, pressure tests, system cleaning, and more! As a Family Plan member, you receive additional benefits, including:

With every visit, we will:

  • Test thermostat for proper cycle settings
  • Inspect safety controls
  • Replace standard 1” filters
  • Test and Record MFD
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Lubricate moving parts as needed
  • Measure and test blower motor amperage
  • Adjust or change belts as needed for commercial
  • Visually inspect copper tubing for leakage or damage
  • Visually inspect ductwork for damage and leaks, advise customer
  • Inspect blower motor assembly and test fan settings, inspect blower speed for peak performance
  • Inspect low voltage wiring connections
  • Inspect accessories (air cleaners, humidifiers, UV lights)
  • Address customer concerns
  • Additional services in the fall:
    • Inspect combustion for peak performance
    • Clean the heater box for safety
    • Measure amp draw of electric heat strip
    • Inspect flue pipe
  • Visually inspect burner assembly • Perform digital carbon monoxide text of heat exchanger and record values • Test and record ignitor readings • Inspect temperature rise
  • Additional services in the spring:
  • Measure refrigerant pressures using digital manifold and record subcooling and superheat
  • Chemically clean outdoor condenser coil
  • Flush and clean condensate lines and trap
  • Inspect temperature differential of evaporator coil and delta T
  • Provide condensate tab to evaporator drain pan
  • Measure and record compressor amperage along with fan motor. Compare readings to manufacture ratings.
