“Zac was great! He evaluated the problem and came up with a solution. Needs a new part which will be installed in the next few days. I have a major complaint unrelated to the good work Zac did – this was the second time I have called Carter & Sons about this problem. The first Technician was unable to find the problem; but I had to pay the Diagnostic fee; after Zac's visit, I was charged another diagnostic fee. Paying two diagnostic fees for the same problem is double charging. Please issue a credit for one of the fees. – Harold Henry”
