The one and only business I trust with my HVAC system. I had a really bad install from the builder and my AC went in and out for years. After warranty ended, I contacted Carter and Sons. They tried everything they could to fix it and eventually told me I needed to replace it. They showed me options and helped me choose the right system for my needs. It has been working perfectly ever since.This is the kind of company that I love to work with. Local, friendly, honest, and dependable. I would recommend them over and over and over again.

5 stars! My family and I are very impressed by the service we received at our home by Ryan. After being without air conditioning due to shoddy work from other techs at another company we were lucky to have been connected with Ryan from Carter and Sons HVAC. Ryan showed up on time and was dressed in uniform that clearly identified his name and business. He also wore boot covers, had a friendly demeanor, was knowledgeable, and troubleshooted until he was able to accurately diagnose the issue before proceeding with the repair. We truly appreciate Ryan for not giving up and for finding a solution in a timely manner!

Each time they’ve arrived on time and fixed the issue the same day. My system is 25+ years old and they keep it running great. 13 months ago, I had Carter and Sons HVAC replace my aging systems. Since then, they have performed two semi-annual maintenances. Every time, they communicate well, usually arrive early, are polite, cleanup after themselves and do a fantastic job. It is so nice to have a team do all the things so well from evaluation, to replacement and repair and tune-ups. The system we chose saves us a good 15-20% from previous system, and temps in the house do not vary more than a degree.....heck usually it is dead on temp. I highly recommend this team.Update 1/2024My mother in laws heater died. We called and i kid you not they were at her door less than an hour later ( a lot less )Her thermostat was broken and they fixed AND they crawled up into the attic and found a crack in the exhaust!!!We are so thankful for Carter and Sons

Two guys showed up same day after I slept through my alarm for our first appointment. Could tell they knew what they were doing and took the time to explain things to me. Still waiting to make sure it stays fixed but it seems to be working now. Better than the guy from Estes who spent ten minutes fooling around then tried to sell me a new unit.
We have been using these guys for several years. We just had them install our second furnace & AC. They are outstanding in both service and communication with us about our needs. More accolades for professionalism and knowledge. We would highly recommend them !

My first encounter with Carter & Sons was a weekend service call and they did not disappoint. As a person who works Monday through Friday, It has been very difficult to obtain service on weekends since the COVID pandemic. This was not the case with Carter & Sons. They were able to schedule my service the next day. I was so impressed I elected to continue my routine maintenance with them. Garrett has been my service technician since that time. He is the best!!! Knowledgeable,alway on time , honest and friendly service. Who could ask for anything more.

I wish I could give this company 10 stars! I work for Marietta Toyota and we had a HUGE job for replacement of several large units. During the quote process, they provided DETAILED quotes including maintenance requirements -this took a full day. They arrived to do the work and in the hot August heat, they installed new roof units (they work perfectly) and did additional required maintenance. The staff is beyond professional, respectful, and there was zero disruption to the work day. I would recommend this company to anyone and I am so glad that they will be taking care of our company for (hopefully), many years to come!!
