“Wow. Just absolutely great service. Had an issue with my furnace and Ryan was quickly able to diagnose the issue and fix it. I have an older unit and was also worried that the fix may just be temporary and Ryan without being pushy to sell me something set up a time so I can get a quote on a new unit rather then just replace parts. I feel like this company really cares and is honest and wants what is best for their customer which I think is rare. I’ve used larger national HVAC company’s in the past and they never try to fix the issue and just want to sell you the latest and greatest. I felt the exact opposite with Carter and Sons which builds a level of trust so I want to give them my business. I would give them 10stars so nice to know I have a company that I can trust. Paying two diagnostic fees for the same problem is double charging. Please issue a credit for one of the fees. – Harold Henry”

After being without air conditioning due to shoddy work from other techs at another company we were lucky to have been connected with Ryan from Carter and Sons HVAC. Ryan showed up on time and was dressed in uniform that clearly identified his name and business. He also wore boot covers, had a friendly demeanor, was knowledgeable, and troubleshooted until he was able to accurately diagnose the issue before proceeding with the repair. David came out to give us an estimate in a timely manner. It was excellently priced and the worked was done professionally and quickly. A week later, our AC started acting up but it was an issue that had nothing to do with their work. David fixed the problem the next day for free and was amazing to work with.

My heat went out last Saturday morning and they were at my home that afternoon….only a small repair was needed. I can rely on their honesty as much as their skill and service.

Carter and sons replaced our HVAC system last week. They went above and beyond our expectations. Their sales rep, David, did a great job laying out all of the options and did not try to sell a higher priced unit than we needed. He did a follow up visit after the install to insure that everything was installed correctly. He stayed extra to look at our hot water heater that was acting up to try and fix it. The lead installer, Nathan, was very professional and did a great job. He stayed for 12 hours in the first day if the install to make sure we weren’t without AC for the weekend. I couldn’t more highly recommend Carter and Sons for HVAC services.

Wonderful experience! Every person my husband and I came in contact with was honest and kind. The staff went above and beyond while installing our air handler. It was found the air cleaner from another system had a recall due to fire safety risk. We had 4 other people out that did not catch this safety hazard. I would recommend this company to anyone!
