So glad! I called one day before to schedule an appointment. I specifically asked if this was a family owned business and it is! The technician Darrin came out the next day and exceeded my expectations in his professionalism, respect for my home, and how he educated me about the issues I was having. I felt confident to address the repair issue and sign up for a maintenance plan. They’ll also be back to install digital thermostats. I’m glad that I found a company that I feel like I can trust…Especially as I approach the summer season. HVAC systems are very expensive, and I’m grateful to have a company that demonstrates they care about their customers.

I met Carter & Sons HVAC at the Smyrna Spring Fling and decided to give them a call for annual maintenance — great experience from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and they showed up right on time. I also appreciated the text ahead of time letting me know who my technician would be. Elijah was fantastic. He clearly explained everything included in the annual maintenance, worked quickly, and was very friendly and professional throughout the visit. He also took the time to explain how the fall maintenance scheduling process would work, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service and communication all around. Central Heat wasn't working. Darrell found the problem quickly and corrected it in little time. He was pleasant and friendly, and very kind to my dog! He also enrolled me in the annual maintenance plan. Thank you!
