“I was very impressed by Carter & Sons—set up an appointment online for the next business day, Zac came promptly and was very professional and courteous. I needed a maintenance service call on my two A/C units and he did that, clearly explained the state of my system and next steps. There were text messages to alert me prior to the appointment, including one with a picture of the technician, which I appreciated having ahead of time. I would absolutely recommend this company and will use them again when I need HVAC service. Very pleased!”

I have a major complaint unrelated to the good work Zac did – this was the second time I have called Carter & Sons about this problem. The first Technician was unable to find the problem; but I had to pay the Diagnostic fee; after Zac's visit, I was charged another diagnostic fee. Paying two diagnostic fees for the same problem is double charging. Please issue a credit for one of the fees. – Harold Henry”

Zac came out and discovered the refrigerant was low, and proceeded to top it off.
We discussed the possible replacement of the whole HVAC system and when may be the best time to address that issue, as well as speculation of overall cost.
Zac was personable, helpful and willing to answer questions.
Should the need arise, I plan to contact Carter & Sons in the future.”
